FAQs
When & where are Soul Spa Sessions?
The Soul Spa is launching in 2027. Soul Spa Sessions (60-75 mins duration) will take place monthly from the comfort of your own home. We use Google Meet (very similar to Zoom). Dates will be sent to you upon enrolment.
What if I can't make a Soul Spa Session?
All sessions will be recorded and you have access to any recordings within the Soul Spa Portal for as long as you are a Soul Spa Member.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your Soul Spa Membership at any time by emailing Hayley Felton. Your membership will be cancelled the following month. We do not issue refunds.
How much does The Soul Spa cost?
The Soul Spa will be £14.99 per month or you can pay for twelve months upfront and save 15%.

I created The Soul Spa as a beautiful, nurturing space for people who want to reconnect with themselves, deepen their spiritual development and experience genuine transformation as part of a warm, like-minded community.
For nearly two decades, through my business Soul Passion, I have brought together emotional healing, spiritual wisdom, creativity and practical personal development. My work is designed to help people move beyond limiting patterns, reconnect with their inner guidance and create lives that feel more joyful, authentic and soul-aligned.
My approach draws upon my background in psychology and extensive professional training in healing, spiritual development and transformational practice. It is also shaped by my experience as an artist, writer, speaker and group facilitator — and by my belief that profound personal growth can be beautiful, uplifting and deeply enjoyable.
The Soul Spa brings all of these elements together: a welcoming sanctuary for healing, connection, inspiration and joyful transformation.
